hate and love: really bad and really good

i am not a regular watcher of american idol, but due to circumstances beyond my control, i have been watching this season. so far... whatever, it's fine. that's not what this post is about. this is about witnessing some child mutilating one of the best songs ever (the rolling stone's "wild horses") and the worst part is that the judges didn't even rip her a new asshole for her crime against ears. go home. go home now.
ok, now for the love... wild horses by the rolling stones is a gem only a rare few can attempt to do their version of without mangling it. here is the original:

p.s. i hope that contestant is voted off immediately. and grounded.

love: pulp

enjoy.

love: stereophonics

if i had a theme song... this would be it. love. oodles of love.

love: fever ray

the knife is also a favorite of mine. the swedes impress me with their music, their design and their meatballs among other things.

love: nancy

even her exit is flawless.
