you never know when something tragic is going to happen that will change your life. the saying "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger" is a crock of shit. the fallout may last for years... sometimes when you think it's over, you're hit with a shock wave. it can turn you upside-down when you least expect it.
sometimes, just because it didn't kill you, doesn't mean it still won't.
